Ina Skiauteriené

Ina has 16 years of experience in leading international and local Executive search, recruitment, leadership assessment and consulting projects. At MPS Lithuania (MPS Baltic UAB) Ina leads the Consulting and Assessment (MPS and CEB tools) business areas. She also represents CEB (formerly SHL) Group Talent assessment tools in the Lithuanian market and is responsible for developing the assessment tool portfolio. Ina has a Master's degree in psychology from Vytautas Magnus University along with the Business Coach and CEB assessor’s certificates gained in Helsinki, London and Stockholm.
